We seek a capable and adaptable "Product Manager" who can act as a liaison between our clients, market, and management team. Your role will be to interpret their requirements and translate them into our product. You will collaborate closely with the engineering, design, business development, and management teams to devise an optimal product strategy, including features and a roadmap, to address real-world logistics challenges. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and retirement phases.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, including servers and workstations.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams to execute on them
• Analyze competitive products on an ongoing basis and maintain updated comparison documents from both a feature and business perspective.
• Work with engineering and design teams to develop product features and specifications
• Define and analyze product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and growth
• Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate new ideas and identify innovative solutions for unique business problems.
• Manage product launch plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manage the product lifecycle and make decisions about product end-of-life

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in product management or related field.
• Understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders.
• Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Knowledge of product design, development, and launch processes.
• Excellent project management skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
• MBA is good to have, but not mandatory.
• Experience working in the technology or software industry.
• Experience with SaaS products and subscription-based revenue models
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
