Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing all Inside Sales Activities e.g. Lead Generation through various Marketing Channels, Cold Calling, Email conversations etc.
  • Build a strong sales funnel. Ensure movement of leads to closure through strong follow-up and concerted efforts.
  • Should be able to nurture prospects and keep them interested in the discussion
  • Keep prospects engaged with targeted and focused interaction.
  • Keep track of all sales activities, prepare, and publish weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports

Required Candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal communication skill is required.
  • Should be familiar with various stages of Inside Sales process and comprehend situations to involve/introduce the required external or internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Inside Sales process. Excellent verbal communication skill is required.
  • Should be aware of various stages of Inside sales process and right time to involve/introduce the required external or internal stakeholders.
  • Should be Self-driven, Growth oriented, Strong on Ethics, Confident and able to maintain a progressive outlook.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Be flexible with shift timings.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Any) Mandatory (PG Preferred)
  • Relevant work experience (IT/Software Industry/US/International Markets)
  • 1+ years of work experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • International sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
