Broad Function:

We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager - Channels & Alliances to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and other channel partners. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth, expand the company's market reach, and deliver innovative solutions to our customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Assess partner marketing requirements with each geography to identify the most promising and productive partner lead generation campaigns and programs for partners to carry out
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and manage channel partners including technology providers, system integrators, and other strategic partners.
  • Develop joint value propositions and sales plays with partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop a strong incentive for partners to aggressively sell in their respective territory & area of expertise.
  • Ensure that the partner programs are effective in the local markets, consistently assessing ROI and effectiveness globally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering to ensure successful execution of partner programs.
  • Manage the partner pipeline and forecasting to ensure partners are meeting their commitments
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics, including pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Develop and deliver regular partner training to ensure partner teams are equipped to sell effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.

Key skills required for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development or sales in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Global sales and marketing experience with complex partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn about new products and services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
