Broad Function: We seek a capable and adaptable "Product Manager" who can act as a liaison between our clients, market, and management team. Your role will be to interpret their requirements and translate them into our product. You will collaborate closely with the engineering, design, business development, and management teams to devise an optimal product strategy, including features and a roadmap, to address real-world logistics challenges. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and retirement phases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams to execute on them
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Work with engineering and design teams to develop product features and specifications
  • Define and analyze product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decision
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and growth
  • Manage product launch plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the product lifecycle and make decisions about product end-of-life

Key skills required for the role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Desired experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management or related field
  • Experience working in the technology or software industry
  • Experience with SaaS products and subscription-based revenue models
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
